Driven by Sergio Pérez during the 2022 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the RB18 played a crucial role in securing his third-place finish in the Formula 1 Drivers’ Championship, thanks to Adrian Newey’s groundbreaking “Triple DRS” design which provided a significant advantage for overtaking on straights throughout the season. This Grand Prix also marked the emotional farewell of Sebastian Vettel - his final Grand Prix to date (so was Latifi’s).
